We've gone dotty!
What a fun day we had yesterday going for a girls day out to one of our many favorite patchwork stores in Loch, Victoria. We went to the area for an old church auction and a couple of markets and of course it was such a convenient location to spend a couple of hours fondling gorgeous fabric just arrived from Japan. While there we saw all the posters for the up-coming Quilt Hanging that the Quilters Barn hold annually. We have been offered the chance to hold a stall at the quilt hanging and made our final decision to do so - why not? it's not like we are busy or anything!!!!! We both arrived home and began madly sewing flossies for the event. Rosie made three of these cute little bunnies last night and Melly is madly sewing up a number of kittys that will also soon be in pattern form. If you are interested in attending the quilt hanging it is held on the 4th February and involves the whole gorgeous township of Loch in Victoria, Australia. We would love to see you!! Of course any unsold flossies will make their way to our nearly up and running etsy shop.

What other way could you possibly go? Dotty, of course. It is lovely to share in your adventures Ladies. I wish you lots of fun and laugh at Loch in Feb. I hope you make lots and lots of flossies, I know any extras have a place on a very special place in my home. It's wonderful to hear you're up for the adventure Rosie. x x x

I see spots - I see spots before my eyes - must be effected by all the high temperatures. Oh no thank heavens it is just a very cute bunny. I do love the polka dots. It reminds me of the book that was my little sisters favourite when she was about four, about a little spotty bunny born into a family of white bunnies.
Would love to come to Loch for the quilt event and to see Melly and your stall but as I live just outside the ACT, don't think it is about to happen. But I must say "Yay Victoria" - I was born down on the Mornington Peninsula at Frankston and we moved to Canberra when I was about three. So when it comes to Victoria I am generally biased.
Well I don't know what relevance that last bit had to anything - oh well it must be the heat. I'm seeing those cute spots again.

The quilt hanging sounds fantastic, which direction is Loch in? I'd love to take my Mum and make it a girls day out.
