New Stuff!!

I am completely bursting to tell you all about "Imagine Vietnam"!!!  We returned home to Melbourne yesterday and it is all so unbelieveably fresh in my mind.  It was a complete and utter success and was perfect in every way. To say that it exceeded all of our expectations is a definite understatement.

But as much as I want to share with you all about Vietnam, all I have managed to do since we returned is rest!! So once I manage to unpack, download my photos and get more photos emailed to me of the key moments, I will be back to do a massive Vietnam post!  I cant wait to share that with you later this week...

Instead I am coming here today to share with you the promised new designs that are being released this week as well as a new pattern giveaway!

The first two are designs that were a part of the girl's packs in Vietnam!  The first one, "Little Garden", is a sweet little bag that has a cute needle turn applique and stitchery design on the front.  The perfect bag for the little girls in your life..

The second new pattern is my favorite new design for a VERY long time!  I just adore this little girl, she really has taken my heart, and I hope you will love her too!!  This is the cute as a button "Dawn" the deer/fawn...

And the final new design may be farmiliar to a few.  These cuties were featured in Homespun magazine two months ago, and the pattern is now ready for general release.  These very cute "Love Birds" are also in my top few favorites for 2011!...

Bursting with excitement

So excited, so excited!!  It is only 5 more sleeps until we take of to Vietnam for our "Imagine... Vietnam" retreat!The kits are all being finalised, the travel documents have been received and all that is left to think about is packing and preparing for a week of fun and indulgence in a destination that I have been bursting to get to.  I know that all who are joining us are just as excited as Leanne and I, so we are set for an amazing week.

Since my last post I have spent most of my time preparing for Vietnam, we hosted our Urban Stitches retreat about a month ago which was a massive success, and I also managed to take a little time with the kids by the beach.
October this year has and, I am sure will continue to be an amazing month full of so much fun and joy in both my business and personal life - absolutely loving it!!  

My main reason for blogging today was in response to a few queries recently about my sparce blog entries. I know that a lot of you really enjoy the blog and I promise that the blog will continue, although in a less active way that it has in past years.  Due to having to prioritse my time a bit better this year, I have decided that I will blog when there is a new product to share or a new event that you might like to know about. However If you would like to hear more about my day to day "Melly & me" happenings and see photos that I like to share, then please subscribe to my Melly & me Facebook page where I post regularly about what is going on in my Melly & me world.  This will also be where I share photos and happenings from Vietnam while we are there, so a great time to get linked in.
